This video illustrates some of the key fundamentals of stepping.  The DVD features a member of the Stepshows.com staff walking the viewer through two different step routines.  Each training sequence features instruction filmed at various speeds and from multiple viewing angles.  The trainer also talks the viewer through each instruction to enhance and shorten the learning curve.
